How to Use

Sterilise your cup before first use: place in the steriliser cup, add boiling water and soak for ~10 minutes, or microwave for 1–2 minutes.

Wash your hands thoroughly.

Fold the cup and insert, positioning it lower than a tampon.

The cup opens inside to form a secure, leak-resistant seal.

Wear up to 12 hours depending on your flow.

To remove: relax, squeeze the base of the cup to break the seal, and gently pull it out.

Empty, rinse, sterilise and reuse.
